Are you losing track of which IP addresses are assigned to what devices?
Does you spend too much time managing your IP address space? If so, you should look at an DDI solution that integrates IP address management, DNS, and DHCP services. This talk will discuss the rationale for these solutions and then demonstrate their principles using the Efficient IP solution that is currently implemented by the Northshore School District.

BIO:
During Ski’s 30+ years experience as a system admin and IT Manager at
large and small organizations, he has seen major changes in information
technology systems and their impact on organizations. He currently works as a system admin at the Northshore School District in WA and as an adjunct Professor at Bellevue College. Ski loves to teach and has given
presentations and tutorials on various aspects of technology at
LinuxFestNW, ACPENW, SCALE, Cascadia, and Cisco conferences along with several user groups. When not busy at a computer Ski enjoys working in his garden, volunteering with King County Search & Rescue, and hiking in our wonderful Cascade Mountains.
