Subject: Where Does it All Go? And Other e-Waste Questions Answered
Presenter: Shane Kalles

For most individuals and organizations, not a lot of attention is given to the who, what, where, and why of solid waste disposal. Electronic waste, in particular, is often a mystery to many, and is tossed out with little regard for the answers to these sorts of questions.

One things is for sure: e-waste is the fastest growing waste stream in developed countries. Learn about what happens to your used electronics, where they might go, and why all of that matters to you.

Shane Kalles is the Director of Sales & Marketing at 3R Technology, a Seattle based company that provides IT asset disposition and electronics recycling services. He has worked in the Seattle IT community for the last 5 years, while balancing a passion for green solutions for work and life. In his spare time, he enjoys writing about himself in the third person.
