Brian will be talking about the large data pipeline we have built during to
support the creation of the various atlases at www.brain-map.org. Some
of the challenges include processing 1tb+/day of raw data and managing
the lab metadata to keep everything organized.

Brian received a BS in Computer Science in 1999 from Weber State Univ.
Have been doing sysadmin work since 1996 and working with mostly linux
hosts since 2001. he joined the Allen Institute in 2004, just weeks
before their first public release.
